ggaming accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
By depositing funds, you confirm that:
ggaming does not accept credit card deposits. All deposit methods must be in your own name and must match the name on your verified ggaming account. ggaming reserves the right to decline a deposit or reverse a transaction if these conditions are not met.
Deposit processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no breach is involved), any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to any applicable AML checks.

ggaming's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ggaming does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for temporary service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or telecommunications issues affecting players' internet connectivity.
ggaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering with ggaming, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, PAGCOR reporting obligations, and the provision of ggaming services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to game outcomes, account balances, withdrawals, or the interpretation of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to ggaming's support team and allow ggaming 30 calendar days to investigate and respond. ggaming is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
ggaming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address on file and/or a notice displayed prominently on the ggaming platform.
Your continued use of ggaming after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ggaming and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
